HOOK HOUSE IN LIBČICE U PRAHY
The house is designed as a bulky wedge - "hooks" embedded in the bottom of the geologically unstable steep slope. Since the site does not offer the required usable space and recreational areas, these functions contained in the building in the form of terraces at different levels. The house has a rectangular floor plan is located along the axis of the land and large holes in the front wall of the frame is a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Building deliberately does not distinguish between interior and exterior, and this principle is supported by fixed installation colored reflective glass, exposed concrete and frameless glazing in the openings. View of the interior surfaces from outside is limited to maintaining the privacy and intimacy of the building.
