Since the site does not offer the required usable space and recreational areas, these functions contained in the building in the form of terraces at different levels. Building deliberately does not distinguish between interior and exterior, and this principle is supported by fixed installation colored reflective glass, exposed concrete and frameless glazing in the openings.
