The design combines the economy of a block of flats with the quality of living in a family house. We have been inspired by the structure of rib mesh, which thanks to their expansion transmit light and air. This structure makes it possible to distribute the housing equally over the entire grounds and offer the same comfort to all of the units. In groups of five, the flats are arranged around the internal atrium – a place of light and quiet. The aim was to create an intimate natural environment with minimal demands for maintenance. Thanks to the proximity of the Klamovka Park, the sides as well as the roofs will be overgrown with climbing greenery, so that this macrostructure would not disturb the perception of the greenery as a whole. The point was to integrate the green ‘rib mesh’ into the area of the park as well as the terrain.
