The cube-shaped building is designed for construction on steep terrain along the existing forest roads. Its structure applying the principles of the so-called Raumplan Adolf Loos, the main difference is that the interior dimensions and strongly reflected in the external design of the building. All shared living spaces are connected in plan and enter into the large holes in exterior walls that indicate the actual size of the interior. These rooms are also used as a landing staircase that connects the various rooms. The character of the house gives the impression of cross-building plan. Unlike the open common areas, bedrooms are intimate lighting and ventilation with a shared atrium is located on the highest point of the building. The house is a compact block cast in concrete.
